6.1.1 - Minimum Move and Flyers

Some units have a Movement (M) characteristic with two values. Example, a Stormtalon Gunship has a move of 20-30". In this case, the model when moving must move at least the distance in inches equal to the first value and can move up to or less than the second characteristic. If a unit with the Aircraft type that has a minimum move does not move its minimum distance, it is slain and removed from the battlefield as a casualty. This does not apply when a unit with a Minimum movement makes a Retreat move (see 6.2).
