Crushing Contempt

Codex: Leagues of Votann, p. 11

Cost: 15pts

The glowering stare of the Grimnyr bores into the enemy, its manifest disdain and anger intensifying by the moment until they feel its weight as a physical force. It causes them to stagger and strain simply to keep from collapsing altogether.

When this power is cast, target 1 enemy unit within 24" of the Psyker. That target unit may not make any Movement actions in its next Movement Phase and may not declare Charges in its next Charge Phase.
