Codex: Chaos Space Marines, p. 23

Cost: 0pts

The Psyker chants goad his followers into a frenzy of activity, driving them to greater acts of sensation-seeking destruction.

When this power is cast, the Psyker and any attached unit gain the Arcing (6+) special rule on all melee weapons they are equipped with until the start of your next Shooting Phase. If the unit already has Arcing (x), improve Arcing (x) by 1 to a max of 3+.
