Anointed Throng

Rallying around the Abominant, a chosen throng of brave Aberrants are anointed in a holy ceremony. Marked for their sacrifice as they will lead the vanguard of the rebellion as a hammer with which to strike a mighty blow. None are expected to return from among the deformed brutish children and the Cult will not miss them but will honour their sacrifice. When the warriors of the anointed throng, deformed, mutated and emblazoned with holy purpose will fight with unnatural strength and endurance until the very last of them fall. Often to ensure that the purpose of the throng is met, a Biophagus will accompany them in order to distribute his alchemical solutions which will enhance the strength of the Aberrants further.
