Legio Cybernetica Maniple

Maniples from the Legion Cybernetica are rare. Once these Maniples were fielded as mainline forces during the heresy as but one of the arms of the Mechanicus armed forces. However, bans on Cybernetica and the dangerous of rampant Cybernetica meant that many of the former mainline units that made up such Maniples were relegated to storage vaults. However, the Mechanicus of the 41st millennium, while fearful of unleashing the Legion Cybernetica in full, still very much make use of their mechanical servants on battlefield where questions won't arise. Fielding powerful Battle Automata en masse, these Support Cadre are the greatest reserve forces the Adeptus Mechanicus have. In the face of incredibly overwhelming odds, the Tech Priests of the Ordo Cybernetica will even ignore the prescribed requirements on Cybernetica and unleash many of the older, more powerful Automata at their command from their long slumber within the Forge worlds stasis vaults openly.
