The Sons of Grimaldus

Chaplain Grimaldus, the current reclusiarch of the Black Templars, chief among Chaplains and keeper of the faith is a legend born of battle. Most famously, Grimaldus fought during the Third War of Armageddon, defending the Hive City of Helsreach against the insurmountable Ork hordes which assailed it. There, his already impressive legend was cemented as the only survivor of the Helsreach Crusade, who made such a stand as to be worthy of remembering. After emerging from the ruins of the temple where he made his last stand, carrying 3 mighty relics of the Imperial Faith, many Crusaders have flocked to his side, seeking to fight along the storied Last Defender of Helsreach, willing to lay down their lives alongside a legend. While a small formation of trusted brothers, they are all each legends in their own right.
