Appraising Glare (Kâhl)
Codex: Leagues of Votann, p. 19
Instead of Setting to 8.1.1 - Overwatch, this unit may set to appraise. When this unit sets to Appraise, place 1 Grudge Token on an enemy unit that is visible to this unit. A unit may set to this Reaction even if it has the Slow & Purposeful special rule.
