A unit hit by a weapon with this special rule may not make Reactions. i.e. Overwatch, Counter Charge, etc. In addition, when a weapon with this special rule resolves a hit against an enemy unit, the target unit hit by this weapon's attack halves its Ballistic Skill (BS) & Weapon Skill (WS) characteristic until the end of the following combat phase (see 12.1). This does not affect Vehicle, Fortification, Aircraft, Knight or Titan type units.
