When a unit with this upgrade is slain and the last model in the unit is removed from play, before that model is removed, all enemy units within 6" take D3+(x) automatic hits where (x) is the model's Wounds (W) characteristic. The Strength of the hit is equal to the removed unit's Toughness (T) characteristic. The AP is resolved at AP5.
