Once per Battle Round, when any unit on the Battlefield would be slain and removed from play or become a wreck, before removing the model, you may remove the Yncarne from the battlefield. Place the Yncarne back on the Battlefield anywhere within 6" of the slain/wrecked model and then remove any slain models.
