An Imperial Guard unit with this special rule is made up of multiple individual units. Units purchased as part of a section count as a single choice in the Force Organization chart, taking a combined single slot and as a single unit for deployment but act as individual units for all other purposes as normal after deployed. When purchasing units as part of a section, all wargear and upgrades are purchased individually on a unit-by-unit basis.
