Multi-Spectral Vizor

Instead of Setting to 8.1.1 - Overwatch, this unit may set to Scanning Sweep. When this unit sets to do a Scanning Sweep, you may select a single friendly Leagues of Votann unit within 6". That unit gains +1 to its Ballistic Skill (BS) Characteristic until the end of the phase. A unit may set to this Reaction even if it has the Slow & Purposeful special rule.
