Codex Supplement: Night Lords, p. 7

Cost: 5pts

Emanating from the ornate winged helm in which it makes its home, a living susurrus haunts the airwaves, spreading lies and falsehoods across the vox networks of the Night Lords' enemies. One unit in your army with the Character special rule that does not have the Unique keyword and no other Relic Wargear may purchase this wargear. A model equipped with this Relic wargear gains the Fear (1) special rule. If the unit already has the Fear (x) special rule, all enemy units within 24" of the model bearing this relic are affected by the Fear (x) special rule.
