At the Beginning of Combat, a model equipped with a weapon that has this special rule may make a Psychic Test per Casting a Psychic Power (see 16.0). If the Psychic test is successful, all wounds inflicted by the weapon with this special rule count as Instant Death Wounds until the end of the Combat Phase.
