One unit in your army with the Character & Psyker (x) special rule that does not have the Unique keyword and no other Relic Wargear may purchase this relic. A model equipped with this relic wargear never suffers any modifiers on its Psychic Tests from Deny the Witch special rule and any attacks it makes with Psychic Weapons ignores the Adamantium Will special rule.
