Pistol (X)
Core Rules, p. 22
Pistol weapons may:
- Make Shooting Attacks against enemy units within 3" at the models full Ballistic Skill (BS) characteristic.
- Make Shooting Attacks even if the equipped model Advanced.
- Make Shooting Attacks at full Ballistic Skill (BS) even if the equipped model Retreated or Fell Back. In addition, a model with a Pistol weapon can shoot in the Shooting phase and still declare a charge in the Charge Phase.
A Model armed with Pistols may shoot with up to two of them when declaring a shooting attack.
