Models in a unit with this special rule can move and fire Heavy Weapons at their full Ballistic Skill (BS) (see 8.4.1). In addition, units with this special rule may declare a charge move in the Charge Phase, even if they made a shooting attack with a Heavy or Rapid Fire weapon.
