Prepared Defence

When a Mission contains this special rule, the player who is going second in the game may have every unit set to a reaction that the unit is eligible for. A unit that is eligible for more than 1 type of Reaction must clearly declare which one each unit is set to before the first turn begins.

Every unit in the game can be set to overwatch, while Vehicles with smoke launchers have the option to set to smoke, other units with unique reactions may opt to set their reaction instead.
